FALIERO SARTI

Faliero Sarti is a historic company from Prato, renowned for producing fine fabrics and luxury scarves. The company collaborated with designer Walter Albini on the famous Fall/Winter 1972/73 collection, continuing with the Fall/Winter 1973/74 collection, the second under the ‘WA’ brand, presented in Venice, and with the Fall/Winter 1981/82 collection. From the exhibition organized by the Textile Museum ‘Walter Albini, the talent, the designer,’ a collaboration with the company was born. Faliero Sarti, in fact, with the creativity of Monica Sarti, created a capsule collection of scarves in various sizes and compositions that reproduce a selection of original designs and prints from the Albini Collection at the Textile Museum.
