An accessory inspired by a 16th-century yellow satin and silk fabric from the collection of Museo del Tessuto in Prato, thus bringing together Tuscan cultural heritage with the most modern upcycling techniques

Le Cernierine Bijoux is an upcycling project devised by Paola Cavalli that gives new life to discarded objects, reusing fashion-zips that factories in her area throw away still in good condition, because they are redundant from production colour proofs or sample collections.
