Scarf Walter Albini model MODEL – Faliero Sarti

On the occasion of the exhibition ‘Walter Albini. The Genius, the Designer,’ organized by the Textile Museum in 2024, the company Faliero Sarti, inspired by the materials exhibited and the collections of the Museum, created a mini collection of shawls that reproduce the original designs and prints of the famous designer who marked the history of Made in Italy. Among these, the MODEL shawl is a composition of about 50 designs for advertising campaigns, press releases, and collection models from the 1960s to the 1980s, some of the most significant of Albini’s career. In this case, the shawl becomes a true canvas, a symbol of the perfect blend of Made in Italy craftsmanship and contemporary style.
